Common use of Extension of Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Extension of Indemnification. Where this Agreement provides for the indemnification of a Party or for the limitation of a Party’s liability, such indemnification and/or limitation (as the case may be) shall also apply for the benefit of such Party’s Affiliates and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of them, acting in such capacity.

Extension of Indemnification. Where this Agreement provides for the indemnification of a Party party to this Agreement or for the limitation of a Partyparty’s liability, such indemnification and/or limitation (as the case may be) shall also apply for the benefit of such Partyparty’s Affiliates and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of them, acting in such capacity.
