Common use of Extension of Initial Contract Period Clause in Contracts

Extension of Initial Contract Period. Subject to a satisfactory performance of its obligations under the Contract by the Service Provider during the Initial Contract Period the Customer may, by giving written notice to the Service Provider not less than three (3) Months prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for the further period specified in the Order Form. The further period shall not exceed a period of one (1) Year from expiry of the Initial Contract Period. The provision of the Contract will apply throughout any such extended period.
