CONTRACT PERIOD. “Contract Period” shall mean the period commencing the day immediately preceding a Change in Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Change in Control or (ii) the date the Executive would attain age 65 or (iii) the death of the Executive. For the purpose of this Agreement, a Change in Control shall be deemed to have occurred at the date specified in the definition of Change-in-Control.
CONTRACT PERIOD. 2.1 The material shall be delivered as ordered during the contract period, beginning from the date of contract execution and ending as indicated in the specifications or in the Attribute Section of the bid.
2.2 Bidder must indicate in the Bid, if extension renewals are an option.
2.3 By mutual consent of both parties it is understood and agreed that the contract may be renewed at the same prices and/or under the same conditions governing the original contract.
CONTRACT PERIOD. The Contract shall take effect from and end on the date specified in the Contract Letter unless terminated earlier.
CONTRACT PERIOD. This contract becomes effective when fully executed by all parties hereto and it shall terminate at the close of business on unless the contract period is: (1) modified by written supplemental agreement prior to the date of termination as set forth in Attachment A, General Provisions, Article 6, Supplemental Agreements; (2) extended due to a work suspension as provided for in Attachment A, Article 3, Paragraph C; or (3) otherwise terminated in accordance with Attachment A, General Provisions, Article 15, Termination. Any work performed or cost incurred before or after the contract period shall be ineligible for reimbursement.
CONTRACT PERIOD. This Contract shall take effect on the Contract Commencement Date and shall expire either: on the Completion Date set out in the SOW then existing (or where there are multiple SOWs being executed concurrently, shall expire on the latest Completion Date specified in an SOW which occurs) unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Contract; or where no SOW is entered into by the Parties, one (1) Month after the Contract Commencement Date; and such date shall be the “Contract Expiry Date”.
CONTRACT PERIOD. The term for the contract awarded pursuant to this solicitation will be for a three (3) year period effective from the date of contract execution.

CONTRACT PERIOD. This Agreement shall commence January 1, 2018, and shall continue in full force and effect until December 31, 2018, unless sooner terminated as herein provided. In addition, at the option of the City, the Agreement may be extended for additional one year periods not to exceed four (4) additional one year periods. Renewals and pricing changes shall be negotiated by and agreed to by both parties. Written notice of renewal shall be provided to the Service Provider and mailed no later than thirty (30) days prior to contract end.
