Extension of Initial Contract Period. 48.1 Subject to a satisfactory performance of its obligations under the Contract by the SERVICE PROVIDER during the Initial Contract Period the CLIENT may, by giving written notice to the SERVICE PROVIDER not less than [three (3) Months] prior to the last day of the Initial SERVICE PROVIDER Period, extend the Contract for any further period specified in the Order Form.
