Common use of Extension of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Extension of Lease Term. A. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of five (5) months, commencing on AUGUST 1, 1997 and expiring on DECEMBER 31, 1997 (the "EXPIRATION DATE"), or shall expire on such earlier date upon which said term may expire or be cancelled or terminated pursuant to any of the conditions or covenants of the Lease as hereby amended or pursuant to law.

Extension of Lease Term. A. The term Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of five six (56) months, commencing on AUGUST years from May 1, 1997 and expiring on DECEMBER 312004 to April 30, 1997 2010 (the "EXPIRATION DATE"“Extended Period”), or shall expire on such earlier date upon which said term may expire or be cancelled or unless sooner terminated pursuant to any of as provided in the conditions or covenants of Lease. Paragraph 4 is hereby deleted from the Lease as hereby amended or pursuant to lawof no further effect.

Extension of Lease Term. A. The term Expiration Date of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of by five (5) months, commencing on AUGUST 1, 1997 and expiring on DECEMBER years from March 31, 1997 2003 to March 31, 2008. As used herein and in the Lease, the "Lease Term" shall mean the initial lease term as extended to March 31, 2008. All of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall apply with respect to that part of the Lease Term occurring after March 31, 2003 (the "EXPIRATION DATEExtended Term"), or shall expire on such earlier date upon which said term may expire or be cancelled or terminated pursuant to any of the conditions or covenants of the Lease except as hereby amended or pursuant to lawotherwise provided herein.

Extension of Lease Term. A. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of six (6) years and five (5) months, commencing on AUGUST DECEMBER 1, 1997 2003 (the "EXTENSION TERM COMMENCEMENT DATE") and expiring on DECEMBER 31APRIL 30, 1997 2010 (the "EXPIRATION DATEDate"), or shall expire on such earlier date upon which said term may expire or be cancelled or terminated pursuant to any of the conditions or covenants of the Lease as hereby amended or pursuant to law.
