Common use of Extension of Maturity Date Clause in Contracts

Extension of Maturity Date. In the sentence in the Note (as previously amended) that states “The Maturity Date is the earlier of June 2, 2017 or the third business day after the closing of the Public Offering,” the date of June 2, 2017 shall be replaced with the date of June 25, 2017.
