Common use of Extension of Periods Clause in Contracts

Extension of Periods. The periods set forth in subclause (1) of Clause 5 and subclause (6) of this Clause will be extended (in addition to any extension granted pursuant to Clause 17 or 18) upon request of either the Company or the State for such reasonable period or periods as may be necessary from time to time to enable either of the parties hereto to comply with laws relating to native title.

The periods set forth in subclause (1) of Clause 5 and subclause (6) of this Clause will be extended (in addition to any extension granted pursuant to Clause 17 33 or 18Clause 34) upon request agreement of either the Company or the State parties for such reasonable period or periods as may be necessary agreed from time to time to enable either of the parties hereto to comply with laws relating to native titletime.
