Common use of Extension of Post-Employment Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Extension of Post-Employment Restrictions. In the event Executive breaches Section 5 above, the restrictive time periods contained in those provisions will be extended by the period of time Executive was in violation of such provisions.

Extension of Post-Employment Restrictions. In the event Executive breaches Section 5 Paragraphs 5(b), (d), or (e) above, the restrictive time periods contained in those provisions will be extended by the period of time Executive was in violation of such provisions.

Extension of Post-Employment Restrictions. In the event Executive breaches Section 5 Sections 5(c), (d), or (e) above, the restrictive time periods contained in those provisions will be extended by the period of time Executive was in violation of such provisions. The restrictive time periods contained in Sections 5(c), (d), or (e) shall likewise be extended during any time period in which litigation is pending by Executive against the Company or by the Company against Executive with regard to the enforcement of the provisions of Section 5 of this Agreement.
