Extension of Review Period. The time frame for concluding our formal Appeal Decision may only be extended by written request to the Member. If the Member does not agree to an extension, the Appeal will move forward to be completed by end of the original time frame. Any agreement to extend the Appeal Decision shall be documented in writing.
