Common use of Extension of Services Clause in Contracts

Extension of Services. Extension at any time upon sixty (60) days’ prior written notice; provided, however, that the Services set forth in this Schedule may be extended with respect to a particular country without such Services being extended with respect to any other country. The length of extension must be agreed to by both Recipient and Provider. The party that wishes to extend the Services(s) will be responsible for bearing the cost, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Recipient: MJN Provider: BMS
