Common use of Extension of Services Clause in Contracts

Extension of Services. The term indicated for each Service on the applicable Schedule may not be extended except to the extent expressly set forth in such Schedule, as applicable. To the extent the applicable Schedule for a Service expressly permits extension of such Service, such Service may be extended by the Service Recipient upon written notice provided to the Service Provider at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
