Common use of Extension of Term Clause in Contracts

Extension of Term. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of twelve (12) years, commencing on April 1, 2011 and ending on March 31, 2023, or until the term shall sooner cease or expire as hereinafter provided, by law or otherwise, both dates inclusive. From and after the date hereof, all references in the Lease to (i) “term” shall be deemed to mean the term of the Lease as extended by this Agreement, and (ii) “Expiration Date” shall be deemed to mean March 31, 2023.

Extension of Term. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of twelve ten (1210) yearsyears and two (2) months, commencing on April February 1, 2011 2013 and ending on March 31, 2023, or until the term shall sooner cease or expire as hereinafter provided, by law or otherwise, both dates inclusive. From and after terminated in accordance with the date hereof, all references in the Lease to (i) “term” shall be deemed to mean the term terms of the Lease as extended by this Agreement, and (ii) “Expiration Date” shall be deemed to mean March 31, 2023Lease.

Extension of Term. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of twelve (12) years, one year and no months commencing on April September 1, 2011 2003 (the "EXTENSION TERM COMMENCEMENT DATE") and ending expiring on March August 31, 20232004, or until the term shall unless sooner cease or expire terminated as hereinafter provided, by law or otherwise, both dates inclusive. From and after the date hereof, all references is otherwise provided in the Lease to (i) “term” shall be deemed to mean the term "EXTENSION TERM"). All of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall continue to apply with respect to the Extension Term, except as extended by this Agreement, and (ii) “Expiration Date” shall be deemed to mean March 31, 2023specifically modified herein.

Extension of Term. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of twelve an additional eighteen (1218) yearsmonths, commencing on April February 1, 2011 2025 and ending on March expiring July 31, 20232026 (the “Additional Extended Term”). All the terms, or until the term shall sooner cease or expire as hereinafter providedcovenants, by law or otherwise, both dates inclusive. From and after the date hereof, all references in provisions of the Lease applicable immediately prior to the expiration of the current Extended Term shall apply to the Additional Extended Term except that (i) “term” the Annual Fixed Rent shall be deemed to mean the term of the Lease as extended by this Agreement, and (ii) “Expiration Date” shall be deemed to mean March 31, 2023set forth in Paragraph 3 below.

Extension of Term.
