Common use of Extension of Trust Clause in Contracts

Extension of Trust. The Trustees are authorized to extend the coverage of this Agreement and Trust to other Employers and Employees as the Trustees shall agree upon, provided such parties are required to conform to the terms and conditions of the Trust and to the terms and conditions, including required contribution rates, the Trustees establish for the parties’ participation.
