Office of the Fund. The sole and principal office of the Fund shall be in Chicago, Illinois, for the transaction of business of the Fund, the exact location of which is to be made known to the parties interested in such Fund. At such office, and at such other places as may be required by law, there shall be maintained all, or any of, the books and records pertaining to the Fund and its administration.

The obligations of "The Travelers Series Trust" entered into the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, officers, representatives or agents of the Fund are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, shareholders, officers, representatives or agents of the Fund personally, but bind only the Fund property, and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Fund must look solely to the Fund's property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Fund.

The principal office of the Trust Fund shall, so long as such location is feasible, be located and maintained in Decatur, Illinois, or if such is impractical, within any town or city within the jurisdiction of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers which is a party to this Agreement, or where the third party administrator of the Fund is domiciled. The location of the principal office shall be made known to the parties interested in the Trust Fund. At such office, and at such other places as may be required by law, there shall be maintained the books and records pertaining to the Trust Fund and its administration.
Office of the Fund. The principal office of the Trust Fund will, so long as such location is feasible, be located and maintained at [INSERT ADDRESS]. The location of the principal office will be made known to the parties interested in the Trust Fund. At such office, and at such other places as may be required by law, there will be maintained the books and records pertaining to the Trust Fund and its administration.
Office of the Fund. The principal office of the EPB Fund shall, so long as such location is feasible, be located and maintained in the County of Allegheny, Pennsylvania. The location of the principal office shall be made known to the parties interested in the EPB Fund. At such office, and at such other places as may be required by law, there shall be maintained the books and records pertaining to the EPB Fund and its administration.
Office of the Fund. The principal office of the Trust Fund shall be located and maintained in Palm Beach County, in the State of Florida, or at such other locations in the State of Florida as the Board of Trustees may determine.
