Common use of Extension or Amendment of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. Except as provided in Section 6.02(c), the Seller will not extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Pool Receivable, or amend, modify or waive any term or condition of any Contract related thereto.
