Extension to Affiliates. Gilead shall have the right to extend the rights, immunities, and obligations granted in this Agreement to one (1) or more of its Affiliates. All applicable terms and provisions of this Agreement shall apply to any such Affiliate to which this Agreement has been extended to the same extent as such terms and provisions apply to Gilead. Gilead shall remain primarily liable for any acts or omissions of its Affiliates.
