Extension to Affiliates. In each case where an Affiliate of Licensee has an obligation pursuant to this Agreement or performs an obligation pursuant to this Agreement, Licensee shall cause and compel such Affiliate to perform such obligation and comply with the terms of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Licensee shall be responsible for the contractual obligations of Affiliates. Licensee shall remain fully liable for any acts or omissions of its Affiliates.
