Common use of Extension Clause in Contracts

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended and shall expire on June 30, 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on June 30February 29, 2011 2008 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended and shall expire on June 30through March 31, 2011 2021 (the “Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That The portion of the Term commencing term of the day Lease beginning on the date immediately following the Prior Termination Existing Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months and shall expire on June 30January 31, 2011 2027 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of forty-four (44) months and shall expire on June April 30, 2011 2025 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of Six (6) months and shall expire on June September 30, 2011 2010 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months and shall expire on June 30August 31, 2011 2006 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of Six (6) months and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 2010 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of twenty-four (24) months and shall expire on June 30AUGUST 14, 2011 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Scheduled Term Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Lease Term is extended for a period of the Lease is hereby extended 12 months and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 2001 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 84 months and shall expire on June 30, 2011 2010 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 84 months and shall expire on June September 30, 2011 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of twenty-seven (27) months and shall expire on June 30August 31, 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of eighty four (84) months and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 2025 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term of the Lease commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be is sometimes referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months from the Prior Termination Date and shall expire on June 30January 31, 2011 2012 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the LeaseLease or this Amendment. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 64 months commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date and shall expire on June 30December 31, 2011 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term of the Lease commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of fifty-four (54) months and shall expire on June 30May 31, 2011 2028 (the “Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended and shall expire on June 30February 28, 2011 2013 (“Fourth Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Fourth Prior Termination Date (“Fourth Extension Date”) and ending on the Fourth Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Fourth Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty-four (64) months and shall expire on June 30October 31, 2011 2022 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months and shall expire on June 30February 28, 2011 2013 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 60 months and shall expire on June 30August 31, 2011 2016 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 2 months and shall expire on June 30January 31, 2011 2017 (“Extended Termination Date”"EXTENDED TERMINATION DATE"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”"EXTENSION DATE") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”"EXTENDED TERM".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS and shall expire on June SEPTEMBER 30, 2011 2009 (“Extended Termination Date”"EXTENDED TERMINATION DATE"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”"EXTENSION DATE") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”"EXTENDED TERM".

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty-six (66) months and shall expire on June 30, 2011 2015 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”". That portion of the Lease Term retroactively commencing April 1, 2008 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the "Remaining Portion of the Lease Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of forty-six (46) months and shall expire on June April 30, 2011 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 4 months and shall expire on June 30May 31, 2011 2010 (“Extended Termination Date”"EXTENDED TERMINATION DATE"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”"EXTENSION DATE") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”"EXTENDED TERM".

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 120 months and shall expire on June April 30, 2011 201 1 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 2007 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty-two (62) months and shall expire on June 30July 31, 2011 2024 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of fifty-eight (58) months and shall expire on June 30December 31, 2011 2016 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 120 months and shall expire on June 30October 31, 2011 2026 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. As of the Extension Date, the Expiration Date under the Lease shall mean the Extended Termination Date, or any extension thereof.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months and thirteen (13) days and shall expire on June 30February 28, 2011 2019 (“Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Lease Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 36 months and shall expire on June 30August 31, 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of five (5) months and shall expire on June 30July 31, 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of five (5) years and eight (8) months and shall expire on June 30January 31, 2011 2013 (the “Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Termination Reduction Effective Date (“Extension Date”defined in Section 2.2 below) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended New Lease Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of ten (10) years commencing January 1, 2018, (“Extended Commencement Date”) and shall expire on June 30December 31, 2011 2027 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended retroactively as of August 1, 2010 for a period of one hundred twenty-seven (127) months and shall expire on June 30February 28, 2011 2021 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of eleven (11) months and shall expire on June November 30, 2011 2014 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended and shall expire on June 30, 2011 the date (“"Extended Termination Date”)") which is sixty (60) months after the Expansion Effective Date plus such additional days as may be required to cause the Term to expire on the final day of the calendar month, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months and shall expire on June 30October 31, 2011 2023 (“Extended Termination Lease Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Lease Expiration Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Lease Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 26 months and 15 days and shall expire on June 30December 31, 2011 2007 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 36 months and shall expire on June 30February 29, 2011 2008 (“Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period commencing on October 1, 2019, and shall expire terminating on June 30December 31, 2011 2021 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of seventy-four (74) months and shall expire on June 30May 31, 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. That portion of the term of the Lease commencing June 1, 2004 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the “Remaining Portion of the Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 60 months and shall expire on June 30, 2011 the 5th anniversary of the Substitution Effective Date (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 29 months and shall expire on June 30, 2011 2009 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a ten (10) full month period commencing on November 17, 2022 (the “Extended Commencement Date”) and shall expire terminating on June September 30, 2011 2023 (the “Extended Termination DateTerm”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on Tenant shall have no option or right to further renew or extend the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”Term beyond November 30, 2023.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 60 months and shall expire on June 30August 31, 2011 2016 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for thirty six (36) months (hereinafter the “Extended Term”) commencing on January 1, 2006 (hereinafter the “Extension Date”) and shall expire expiring at 5 p.m. on June 30December 31, 2011 2008 (hereinafter the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing on April 1, 2009 (the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Effective Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of thirty-nine (39) months and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 2001 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”."

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of --------- fifty-eight (58) months and thirteen (13) days and shall expire on June 30December 31, 2011 2004 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 60 months and shall expire on June 30December 31, 2011 2009 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of one hundred twenty (120) months and shall expire on June November 30, 2011 2025 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease as amended hereby (the “Amended Lease”). That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 48 months and shall expire on June April 30, 2011 2008 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of approximately 40 months and 14 days and shall expire on June 30August 14, 2011 2005 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of approximately 48 months, subject to Section ll.B. above, and shall expire on June 30January 31, 2011 2009 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 56 months and shall expire on June 30February 28, 2011 2013 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 12 months and shall expire on June 30October 31, 2011 2006 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 60 months and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 2010 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of Six (6) months and shall expire on June 30March 31, 2011 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months commencing on February 16, 2019 and shall expire expiring on June 30February 15, 2011 2024 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 60 months and shall expire on June 30, 2011 the date that is 5 years from the Substitution Effective Date (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) , and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of approximately sixty-three (63) months and shall expire on June 30May 31, 2011 2015 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of approximately sixty-three (63) months and shall expire on June 30May 31, 2011 2015 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of thirty-eight (38) months and shall expire on June 30, 2011 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of ten (10) months (the “Extended Term”) commencing on March 1, 2025 (the “Extended Term Commencement Date”) and shall expire expiring on June 30December 31, 2011 2025 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms provisions of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby retroactively extended for a period of twelve (12) months and shall expire on June November 30, 2011 2012 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended and shall expire on June 30, 2011 for a one-year period (12 months) with an extended termination date “First Extended Termination Date”)” of March 31, 2020, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Lease Termination Date (“First Extension Date”) and ending on the First Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the (“First Extended Term”).

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months and shall expire on June 30May 31, 2011 2020 (“Third Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Third Extension Date”) and ending on the Third Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Third Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease with respect to the Remaining Premises is hereby extended for a period commencing on January 1, 2014, and shall expire expiring on June April 30, 2011 2017 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion The period of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be time from January 1, 2014, until April 30, 2017, is herein referred to herein as the “Extended Extension Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of eighty-six (86) months and shall expire on June 30January 31, 2011 2014 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing December 1, 2006 (the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of ten (10) years and shall expire on June April 30, 2011 2030 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Lease Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease with respect to the Expansion Space is hereby extended for a period of 23 months and shall expire on June November 30, 2011 2003 (“the "Expansion Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Expansion Prior Termination Date (“the "Expansion Extension Date”") and ending on the Expansion Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Expansion Extended Term”".
