Common use of Extension Clause in Contracts

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29, 2008 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 15 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29January 31, 2008 2027 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 forty-four (44) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29April 30, 2008 2025 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days seven (7) years and shall expire on February 29December 31, 2008 2013 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 26 months and 22 15 days and shall expire on February 29December 31, 2008 2007 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 60 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29March 31, 2008 2010 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 thirty-eight (38) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 120 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29October 31, 2008 2026 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. As of the Extension Date, the Expiration Date under the Lease shall mean the Extended Termination Date, or any extension thereof.

Extension. The Term Except as provided in Section 2 below, the term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29through June 30, 2008 2018 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That The portion of the Term commencing term of the day Lease beginning on the date immediately following the Prior Existing Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29until June 30, 2008 2010 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That The portion of the Term commencing term of the day Lease beginning on the date immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be is referred to herein in this Amendment as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29July 31, 2008 2012, (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 sixty (60) months and 22 days from the Prior Termination Date and shall expire on February 29January 31, 2008 2012 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the LeaseLease or this Amendment. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 2928, 2008 2013 (“Fourth Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Fourth Prior Termination Date (“Fourth Extension Date”) and ending on the Fourth Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Fourth Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 eleven (11) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29November 30, 2008 2014 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29, 2008 the date (“"Extended Termination Date”)") which is sixty (60) months after the Expansion Effective Date plus such additional days as may be required to cause the Term to expire on the final day of the calendar month, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29September 30, 2008 2022 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 84 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2010 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 12 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29March 31, 2008 2001 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease with respect to the Remaining Premises is hereby extended for a period of 24 months commencing on January 1, 2014, and 22 days and shall expire expiring on February 29April 30, 2008 2017 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion The period of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be time from January 1, 2014, until April 30, 2017, is herein referred to herein as the “Extended Extension Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29March 31, 2008 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing on April 1, 2009 (the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Effective Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended retroactively as of August 1, 2010 for a period of 24 one hundred twenty-seven (127) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 2928, 2008 2021 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 84 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29September 30, 2008 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2014 (“Fourth Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Fourth Prior Termination Date (“Fourth Extension Date”) and ending on the Fourth Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Fourth Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 thirty-six (36) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29August 31, 2008 2035 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 60 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29December 31, 2008 2009 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 sixty-six (66) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2015 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”". That portion of the Lease Term retroactively commencing April 1, 2008 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the "Remaining Portion of the Lease Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 forty-six (46) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29April 30, 2008 2014 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 60 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29August 31, 2008 2016 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days ten (10) years and shall expire on February 29April 30, 2008 2030 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Lease Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 60 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29August 31, 2008 2016 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease with respect to the Remaining Premises is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29September 30, 2008 2017 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of From and after the Term commencing date hereof, references in the day immediately following Lease to the Prior Termination Date (“Extension "Expiration Date”) and ending on " shall mean the Extended Termination Date Date, and references to the "Term" shall be referred to herein mean the Term, as the “Extended Term”extended by this Second Amendment.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 Six (6) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29March 31, 2008 2011 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 56 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 2928, 2008 2013 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 12 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29October 31, 2008 2006 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29March 31, 2008 2020 (“Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby retroactively extended for a period of 24 twelve (12) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29November 30, 2008 2012 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29December 31, 2008 2014 (“Seventh Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Seventh Prior Termination Extended Expiration Date (“Seventh Extension Date”) and ending on the Seventh Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Seventh Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2030 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”". II.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 120 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29April 30, 2008 201 1 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 15 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29March 31, 2008 2007 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29July 31, 2008 2020 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29, 2008 to the date (“Extended Termination Date”)) which is the last to occur of (i) June 30, 2008, or (ii) the date which is nine years and two months after the Fifth Expansion Commencement Date, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 approximately sixty-three (63) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29May 31, 2008 2015 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 Six (6) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29March 31, 2008 2010 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 twenty-seven (27) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29August 31, 2008 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days approximately 48 months, subject to Section ll.B. above, and shall expire on February 29January 31, 2008 2009 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 4 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29May 31, 2008 2010 (“Extended Termination Date”"EXTENDED TERMINATION DATE"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”"EXTENSION DATE") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”"EXTENDED TERM".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 29 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2009 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 one hundred twenty (120) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29November 30, 2008 2025 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease as amended hereby (the “Amended Lease”). That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 48 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29April 30, 2008 (“"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 approximately 40 months and 22 14 days and shall expire on February 29August 14, 2008 2005 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 sixty (60) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 2928, 2008 2013 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 36 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29August 31, 2008 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 five (5) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29July 31, 2008 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months commencing on October 1, 2019, and 22 days and shall expire terminating on February 29December 31, 2008 2021 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 seventy-four (74) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29May 31, 2008 2011 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. That portion of the term of the Lease commencing June 1, 2004 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the “Remaining Portion of the Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 twenty-four (24) months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29AUGUST 14, 2008 2011 (“"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Scheduled Term Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on February 29June 30, 2008 2027 (“Extended Termination Date”“Extended Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Expiration Date (“"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”."
