Extent of Amendment. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, neither the Agreement nor the other Loan Documents are amended, modified or affected by this Amendment. Borrower hereby ratifies and confirms that: (a) except as expressly amended or waived hereby, all of the terms, conditions, covenants, representations, warranties and all other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect; (b) each of the other Loan Documents are and remain in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms; and (c) the Collateral is unimpaired by this Amendment.
