Common use of EXTENT OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

EXTENT OF CONTRACT. The terms of the Contract Documents are intended by the parties to be a final expression of their understanding with respect to the Project and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior or contemporaneous statements or understandings. No addition to, deletion from or modification of any term or provision of the Contract Documents shall be effective unless it is made in a writing signed by the parties hereto.
