Common use of EXTENT OF INTEREST OF NOTE HOLDERS Clause in Contracts

EXTENT OF INTEREST OF NOTE HOLDERS. A Note Holder shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Trust Estate or the Trust Indenture Estate when and if the principal and Make-Whole Amount, if any, of and interest on the Equipment Note held by such Note Holder, and all other sums, then due and payable to such Note Holder hereunder and under any other Operative Agreement, shall have been paid in full.

EXTENT OF INTEREST OF NOTE HOLDERS. A Note Holder shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Trust Estate or the Trust Indenture Estate Collateral when and if the principal and Make-Whole Amount, if any, of and interest on the Equipment Note held by such Note Holder, and all other sums, then due and payable to such Note Holder hereunder and under any other Operative Agreement, shall have been paid in full.

A No Note Holder shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Trust Estate or mortgage and security interests created by the Trust Indenture Estate when and if the principal and Make-Whole Amount, if any, of and interest on the all Equipment Note Notes held by such Note Holder, holder and all other sums, then due and sums payable to such Note Holder hereunder holder hereunder, under the Indenture and under any other Operative Agreement, such Equipment Notes shall have been paid in full.
