Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA Filed Documents pursuant to the Act, Owner will cause Xxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxx, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Owner, each Pass Through Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.
Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the Documents referenced in Section 3.01(l)(ii), Lessee will direct Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx P.C., special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Lessee, each Participant, Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.
Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly after the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA-Filed Documents, Borrower will cause FAA Counsel to deliver to Borrower, each Lender and Security Agent a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.

Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the documents referenced in Section 3.01(j)(ii), Lessee will direct Daugherty, Fowler, Peregrin & Xxxxxx, a Professional Corporation, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Lessee, Owner Participant and Owner Trustee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.
Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly after the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA-Filed Documents pursuant to the Transportation Code, Lessee will cause FAA Counsel to deliver to Lessee, each Participant, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee, and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such recordation.
Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA Filed Documents pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause Crowx & Xunlxxx, xxecial counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Lessee, each Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.

Promptly upon the recordation of the FAA Filed Documents pursuant to the Act, Owner will cause Lxxxx Xxxxx & Fxxxx, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Owner, the Pass Through Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such recordation.

Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA Filed Documents pursuant to the Act, Airframe Manufacturer will cause Xxxxx Xxxxx; & Xxxxxx, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Lessee, each Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.
Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the ------------------------- registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the documents referenced in Section 3.01(l)(ii), Lessee will direct Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx P.C., special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Lessee, each Participant, Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation, the absence of any intervening Liens filed with the FAA with respect to the Aircraft and the due perfection under the Transportation Code of the Indenture Trustee's security interest in the Aircraft pursuant to the Indenture.
Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the recordation of the Trust Indenture Amendment pursuant to the Act, Owner will cause Lxxxx Xxxxx & Fxxxx, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Owner, each Pass Through Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such recordation.
