Common use of Extent of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Extent of Obligation. Each recipient must ensure that its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, financiers, advisers and related bodies corporate comply in all respects with the recipient’s obligations under clause 9.1.

Extent of Obligation. Each recipient must ensure that its directors, officers, employees, agents, investors, potential investors, representatives, financiers, advisers and related bodies corporate (collectively “Confidential Associates”) comply in all respects with the recipient’s obligations under clause 9.119.1 and shall be liable in full for any disclosure by such Confidential Associate.
