EXTENT OF OBLIGATIONS AND FURTHER ASSURANCE. 26.1 Nothing in this Agreement is to require any Council to act in any way which is inconsistent with its obligations as a Local Authority. 26.2 Each Council subject to Clause 26.1 shall do all things and execute all further documents that the other may reasonably require to give effect to this Agreement.
