EXTENT OF OBLIGATIONS AND FURTHER ASSURANCE. 17.1 Nothing in this Agreement is to require any of the Five Councils to act in any way that is inconsistent with its obligations or duties as a local authority. 17.2 Each of the Five Councils undertakes (subject to Clause 17.1) to do all things and execute all further documents that may reasonably be required by one or all of the others of the Five Councils to give effect to this Agreement.
