EXTENT OF OBLIGATIONS AND FURTHER ASSURANCE. 26.1 Nothing in this Agreement is to require the parties to act in any way that is inconsistent with its obligations or duties as a local authority. 26.2 The Parties undertake (subject to clause 26.1) to do all things and execute all further documents that may reasonably be required by either of them to give effect to this Agreement.
