Common use of Extent of reliance Clause in Contracts

Extent of reliance. For the avoidance of doubt, a party that relies on this clause 22 may only do so to the extent that its breach of this Contract, or the circumstances which would otherwise give the other party the right to terminate this Contract, are caused by the event giving rise to the Force Majeure, and only for so long as the Force Majeure remains in effect.
