Common use of Extent of Tenant’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Extent of Tenant’s Liability. If Tenant is a corporation, limited partnership, limited liability partnership or limited liability company, then (i) the members, managers, limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers and principals, direct and indirect, comprising Tenant shall not be liable for the performance of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease, and (ii) Landlord shall look solely to Tenant to enforce Tenant’s obligations hereunder.
