EXTENT, ONEROUS CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES. 11.1. The Property is sold on the basis that the extent of the Unit is as set out in Clause 2.5 of the Covering Schedule. The aforesaid extent might change when the Units comprising the Scheme are finally measured on completion and depicted on the Sectional Plan. The Seller and the Purchaser shall have no claims against each other should the extent of the Unit, as finally surveyed, be more or less than the aforesaid extent.
