Common use of EXTERIOR SIGNS, AWNINGS AND CANOPIES Clause in Contracts

EXTERIOR SIGNS, AWNINGS AND CANOPIES. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may at any time and from time to time during the Term install, alter, and/or replace any and all exterior signs, awnings and/or canopies as Tenant may determine, so long as they are in compliance with all applicable laws and all Permitted Encumbrances. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall obtain all necessary permits for all signs, awnings and canopies on the Premises and shall maintain the same in good condition and repair.
