Common use of Exterior Walls Clause in Contracts

Exterior Walls. A. There shall be no exterior walls of sheet or corrugated iron, steel, aluminum, asbestos or similar materials, unless specific written approval of the Architectural Review Committee is given. In general, exterior walls are to be stucco-finished masonry, concrete or equal material approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
