The Contractors will verify measurements/dimensions and total number of openings to receive new windows (standard size 37” x 50” Install new single hung, hurricane impact aluminum windows with screens and factory-tinted glass. Homeowner shall select color of frames and degree of tinted glass from the standard stock. The aluminum windows and its components shall be installed in strict compliance with the Product Approval.
