Any modifications or repairs/replacement work to, i.e., stucco, drywall, paint, caulk, and/or tile should match existing adjacent surfaces. 6.3.7.8 Remove the manufacturers’ stickers and any residue on the glass after all final inspections. NOTE: Contractor to provide labor and materials to enlarge windows to meet egress requirement in the event that the window is higher than 44” from the ground.
