External Promotion/CUNY Acknowledgement. QBFC shall have the sole, exclusive and complete control over all advertising, promotion and publicity aspects of QBFC Events and Third Party Events inside the Stadium and not visible from the outside of the Stadium. However, QBFC shall display CUNY and York College’s official logo in visual advertisements, visual solicitations, or other visual announcements at QBFC Events and Third Party Events and shall, to the extent practicable, include a CUNY approved CUNY and/or York logo or other xxxx on Stadium directional, informational and other signage where QBFC includes its logo or other marks on such signage. Any advertising, promotion and publicity visible from outside the Stadium shall be subject to the reasonable approval of CUNY. Neither CUNY nor York may use or allow at any time the use of any intellectual property owned by or relating to QBFC and/or the Team without the express prior written consent of QBFC. Likewise, but except with respect to QBFC’s express license to use CUNY and/or York signage as expressly permitted under this Agreement, QBFC may not use or allow at any time the use of any intellectual property owned by or relating to CUNY and/or York without the express prior written consent of CUNY.
