Third Party Events. Applicant agrees to operate the establishment under the terms of its license and will not rent out the establishment to third parties for events where the owner/manager is not present and managing the business.
Third Party Events. For Third Party Events, Club shall pay to the City one and 25/100 percent (1.25%) of any revenues actually received by Club from the Third Party Event, such as rental fees, concessions revenues, or fees for services.
Third Party Events. The City and Club desire to encourage Third Party Events in the DBAP provided that such events can be staged in a manner consistent with the requirement that the Ballpark remains compliant with the Facility Standards and with the long- term maintenance needs of the Ballpark. In addition, Club shall have the right to determine the programming mix of all Special Events to be presented in the Ballpark.
6.3.1 Club will negotiate with third parties the terms and conditions under which Third Party Events may occur on the Premises, including the amount of any rental fees or other charges, the date(s) when such Third Party Events will occur, and which Ballpark facilities will be made available for use by the Third Party Event. No Third Party Event will be staged in the Ballpark or on the Premises unless such third party and Club agree on the terms and conditions of any such Third Party Event. The City and Club acknowledge that each party has a stake in ensuring to the fullest extent possible that any Third Party Event that occurs in the Ballpark or on the Premises is staged in a first-class, professional manner. In deciding on the types of Third Party Events to be staged in the Ballpark and about the Premises, and the terms and conditions under which any such Third Party Event will occur, Club shall be required to establish commercially reasonable conditions, and such conditions may include the following:
(a) Club may require any such Third Party Event to engage Club’s services or Club personnel if such Third Party Event will use the playing field, any of the concessions facilities, the clubhouse facilities used by the Durham Bulls, any game operations or broadcast facilities in the press box, the playing field lights, the box office or the Ballpark ticket system, the Club Room, or any retail areas. Club also may require any such Third Party Event to engage Club’s service or Club personnel to be on-site during the Third Party Event to monitor the Third Party Event and to be available in the event of an emergency or to assist in the event of a problem with the Ballpark facilities.
(b) Club also may require any such Third Party Event to engage Club for janitorial and cleaning services, if Club self-performs such services, or if Club engages the services of an independent contractor for janitorial and cleaning services, then Club may require that the Third Party Event contract with Club’s independent contractor for janitorial and cleaning services.

Third Party Events. (i) a general strike or other labour disruption in Alberta that is applicable broadly to the transportation construction sector in Alberta or that is specifically directed at the City, but excluding any strike or labour disruption by Design-Builder Persons against Design-Builder which is not part of the foregoing scope of general strike or labour disruption:
(ii) any interference with Design-Builder access to the Lands caused by a blockade, embargo, civil disobedience or protest action, including any action taken by a Person or Persons protesting or demonstrating against the carrying out of any part of the Project, which interference cannot reasonably be avoided or resolved by means other than injunctive or other judicial remedies from a Court;
(iii) Supply Event;
Third Party Events. Live Nation may rent the Facility, or components thereof, to Third-Party Users for Third-Party Events; City may request that Live Nation rent the Facility or components thereof to particular Third-Party Users for particular Third-Party Events, and Live Nation shall use reasonable efforts to accommodate such rentals if they comply with the Facility Rental Program. Any such rentals shall be made in accordance with the Facility Rental Program and Live Nation’s Standard Form Venue License Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “I”.
Third Party Events. With the express written approval of the League Entity, Teams may participate in third-party events as follows:
4.11.1. Gameplay may be played in any game mode/map;
4.11.2. No third-party matches, unless specifically approved by the League Entity, during the VCT Competitive Season (as defined in the VCT Roster Construction Rules);
4.11.3. League Entity sanctioned events outside of the VCT Competitive Season are allowed;
4.11.4. No sponsors belonging to prohibited sponsor categories may be associated with such third-party events, and association with sponsors belonging to conditional sponsor categories will be reviewed case-by-case;
4.11.5. No games other than games published by Riot Games may be played by the Team’s
Third Party Events. (i) the Relief Event referred to in Section 6.2.4 [Other Works Relief Event] an act or omission of an Other Contractor engaged in the performance of Other Works during the Term;
(ii) any interference or disruption with Project Work by Persons claiming aboriginal title or treaty rights in respect of all or any part of the Lands;
(iii) subject to Project Co and all Project Co Persons complying with their obligations under Section 4.8 [Permitted Use of Lands], injurious affection or public nuisance claims made by any Person other than a Project Co Person by reason of the Project;
(iv) an order granted by a court of competent jurisdiction directly resulting from any proceeding brought by a third party against the City or to which the City is a party;
(v) except as otherwise contemplated in Schedule 6 [Interface Agreement], if Project Co is prevented, hindered or delayed from performing its obligations under this Agreement by reason of the Legal Fault of the Operator or the LRV Supplier;
