Common use of Externally Funded Chairs Clause in Contracts

Externally Funded Chairs. (a) When an agency or inter-agency group, external to Acadia University, provides funding for a Chair, not more than two delegates appointed by the agency or inter-agency may participate as voting members on the Selection Committee (Article 10.53) and participate fully in the interview and selection process.
