Extra-Curricular Roundtable. The Activities Director and a minimum of three (3) Head Coaches/Sponsors who are licensed, district employees, will meet with the OEA Co-Presidents, or their appointees once in the fall, and once in the spring to discuss current issues and questions. Dates and agenda will be set by the OEA Co-Presidents and the Activities Director.
