EXTRACTS FROM WAGE REGISTERS. Every employer shall, in respect of each calendar month, forward a return in the form and manner specified by the Council or Regional Chamber to the Regional Secretary of the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, X X Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxx, 0000, showing in respect of each employee, the Regional Chamber number, clock number (if any), the weekly amounts deducted in terms of clauses 11, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of this part of the Agreement and the date of engagement (if the employee was engaged during the calendar month to which the return relates), the occupation, and the date of termination (if the employee's services were terminated during the calendar month to which the return relates). This return shall be submitted to the Regional Chamber not later than the 10th day of the month following the calendar month to which the return relates.
