Common use of Extraneous Agreements Clause in Contracts

Extraneous Agreements. The Tenant acknowledges that there are no covenants, representations, warranties, agreements or conditions expressed or implied relating to this Lease of the Premises save as expressly set out in this Lease. This Lease may not be modified except by an agreement in writing executed by the Landlord and the Tenant. If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Lease and any such agreement to lease, the provisions of this Lease shall prevail.
