Common use of Extraneous Agreements Clause in Contracts

Extraneous Agreements. The Tenant acknowledges that there are no covenants, representations, warranties, agreements or conditions expressed or implied relating to this Lease or the Leased Premises save as expressly set out in this Lease and in any outstanding agreement to lease in writing between the Landlord and the Tenant pursuant to which this Lease has been executed. All terms of such agreement to lease shall remain in full force and effect until fulfilled, except to the extent inconsistent with the provisions of this Lease.
