Common use of Extraordinary Use Clause in Contracts

Extraordinary Use. Tenant acknowledges that the services to be supplied by Landlord after occupancy by Tenant will be sufficient only for ordinary office and laboratory uses. Any additional capacity or structural support, as determined by Landlord, needed for uses beyond such uses, shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
