Extreme Failure Sample Clauses

Extreme Failure. An Extreme Failure is defined as the Subscription Service to not be Available (as defined in the Subscription Service Guide) for a duration of more than 48 hours. For the avoidance of doubt a critical Defect that renders mission critical functionality of a Subscription Service unusable and therefore the system as a whole is equivalent to unusable even if it can be accessed is a condition in which the Subscription Service is deemed not to be Available.
