Common use of Extremely Low Income Household Clause in Contracts

Extremely Low Income Household. After the expiration or termination of the HOPWA Term pursuant to Section 2.5 and subject to Section 2.4(a)(3), the Rent paid by a new Tenant of a HOPWA-Assisted Unit that is an Extremely Low Income Household may not exceed the Extremely Low Income Rent.
