Minimum Current Ratio The Borrower will not, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter (commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending June 30, 2018), permit the Current Ratio to be less than 1.00 to 1.00.
Commitment of Current Revenues Only In the event that, during any term hereof, the Commissioners Court does not appropriate sufficient funds to meet the obligations of County under this Agreement, County may terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to Company. County agrees, however, to use reasonable efforts to secure funds necessary for the continued performance of this Agreement. The parties intend this provision to be a continuing right to terminate this Agreement at the expiration of each budget period of County. Agreements for the acquisition, including lease of real or personal property under Tex. Loc. Govt. Code §271.903 (▇▇▇▇▇▇ Supp. 1996).
Electric Current Rates and conditions in respect to submetering or rent inclusion, as the case may be, to be added in RIDER attached hereto. Tenant covenants and agrees that at all times its use of electric current shall not exceed the capacity of existing feeders to the building or the risers or wiring installation, and Tenant may not use any electrical equipment which, in Owner’s opinion, reasonably exercised, will overload such installations or interfere with the use thereof by other tenants of the building. The change at any time of the character of electric service shall in no way make Owner liable or responsible to Tenant, for any loss, damages or expenses which Tenant may sustain.
