Common use of FAA and International Registry Correspondence Clause in Contracts

FAA and International Registry Correspondence. Owner Trustee agrees to furnish to Lessee copies of (a) all periodic reports sent by it to the FAA (or to the aeronautical authority of the country of registry of the Aircraft if the Aircraft is not registered under the laws of the United States) or the International Registry relating to the Aircraft, (b) all notices, certificates of aircraft registration and other documents and correspondence received by it from the FAA (or from the aeronautical authority of the country of registry of the Aircraft if the Aircraft is not registered under the laws of the United States) or the International Registry relating to the Aircraft and (c) any other notices, assessments, affidavits, instruments or other documents relating to the Aircraft, the Trust Estate or Owner Trustee’s ownership thereof in its possession after the date hereof.
