FAA Publication Clause Samples

The FAA Publication clause establishes requirements for compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and standards as they pertain to the subject matter of the agreement. Typically, this clause mandates that all work, products, or services provided must adhere to the latest FAA publications, such as advisory circulars, regulations, or technical standards. For example, it may require that aircraft parts or maintenance procedures conform to specific FAA guidelines to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties meet federal aviation standards, thereby reducing legal and operational risks associated with non-compliance.
