Non-Publication. The parties mutually agree not to disclose publicly the terms of this Agreement except to the extent that disclosure is mandated by applicable law or regulation or to their respective advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants).

In particular and without limitation of the foregoing, the Executive shall not, in any circumstance likely to become public, discourage any person, firm, partnership, corporation, trust or any other entity or third party from selling any business or assets to the Company, entering into any joint venture or other business relationship with the Company, or investing in the Company. Any statements made by the Executive in connection with legal, administrative or arbitration proceedings, or that are required to be made by the Executive pursuant to applicable law, shall not be prohibited by this Section 6.3.
