Common use of FAA Recordation Clause in Contracts

FAA Recordation. Lessee shall cause this Lease, all Lease Supplements and any and all additional instruments which shall be executed pursuant to the terms hereof so far as permitted by Applicable Laws or regulations, to be duly kept, filed and recorded, and maintained of record, in accordance with the applicable law of the government of registry of the Aircraft, which shall be in the office of the FAA. The cost of all such action shall be borne by Lessor.

Lessee shall shall, at its own expense, cause this Lease, all the Lease Supplements Supplement and any and all additional instruments which shall be executed pursuant to the terms hereof so far as permitted by Applicable Laws applicable law or regulations, to be duly kept, filed and recorded, and maintained of record, in accordance with the applicable law of the government of registry of the Aircraft, which shall be recorded in the office of the FAA.
