Facilitation of Services. Prior to entering into a Pricing Amendment for a Deliverable Portion of Work, information Design-Builder submits to Owner Parties and Owner’s decisions, shall be to facilitate the Services and shall not be deemed to modify the Project Criteria unless Owner and Design-Builder enter into a change in accordance with Article 10 of the General Conditions.
