Facilitator’s Deliveries. Facilitator shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser or deposited with the Title Company in the Closing Escrow for the benefit of Purchaser all of the (i) documents, each of which shall have been duly executed by one of the parties making up the Hotel Owners and acknowledged (if required), and (ii) other items, set forth in this Section 9.3, as follows:
